Most of the children women start working at the age of six year of their child. In recent survey, since 1990, there is increase of 18 million female workers in comparison with 9 million male workers.

These facts present new opportunities and challenges to the corporations. If women potential is perfectly utilized, they can make a same impact in different careers opportunities as what men can do. Some of these organizations and associations use conventional means like visible posting of job opportunities, career counseling, and training programs to sponsor career development. But some innovative organizations use to expand business opportunities by providing part time jobs and a variety of family sensitive work practices.

But in many cases, women and minority workers have complained that it is difficult to find counselor, especially at upper-management levels. At such levels, many executives have had little experience working closely with women and minorities.

Although presented as a way for some women to have careers while raising a family, it was met with irritation and disturbance by many women and women's groups.

The national association of professional women provides wide numbers of career and development skills that enable and motivate women to achieve desired personal or career success. NAPW network award 5 aspiring young women a $1000 scholarship to use towards her college tuition.
