NAPW network is a network for professional women to interact, teach, sanction and exchange ideas. The NAPW network works for helping women in their careers. It is one of the non profitable organizations of female executives, entrepreneurs and professionals in United States.

The NAP network rising star scholarship provided by the organization is for the moral support of the women career success. NAPW network rising stars education scholarship is also designed for financial help in various fields of career to the financially poor students to reach their educational objectives.

Most of the children women start working at the age of six year of their child. In recent survey, since 1990, there is increase of 18 million female workers in comparison with 9 million male workers.

These facts present new opportunities and challenges to the corporations. If women potential is perfectly utilized, they can make a same impact in different careers opportunities as what men can do.
